انضموا إلى فاتن خليل ويلا الأردن و بدعم من شركة اسوزو كل أربعاء الساعة 8 مساءً لنشاط مشي مجاني لتجديد نشاطك وشحن طاقتك الجسدية والروحية، والتواصل مع أشخاص مختلفين، والاستمتاع بشوارع عمان ليلاً.
ستقام نشاط المشي لدينا يوم الأربعاء 11 ايلول 2024، في منطقة اللويبدة.
يرجى العلم أن منطقة المشي ستكون مختلفة كل أسبوع.
ملاحظة: سنقوم لتوفير الفست (السترات ) بدعم من شركة اسوزو

الساعة: 8:00-9:30 مساءً 🕖الموقع : اللويبدة 📍
ما ستحتاجون إلى إحضاره معكم:• ملابس وأحذية رياضية مريحة (الجينز و كروكس ممنوع)
• كمية كافية من الماء.
• الأهم هو إحضار ابتسامتك الجميلة وطاقتك الإيجابية.• سنقوم بتوفير السترات لكم و استرجاعها بنهاية المشي
ملاحظة:
• لا تأكلوا قبل المشي مباشرة؛ تأكدوا من تناول وجبتكم الخفيفة أو الوجبة قبل ساعتين من المشي.
سنتجمع في الساعة 7:45 وسنبدأ المسير في الساعة 8:00، لذا يرجى الالتزام بالوقت حتى نتمكن من إنهاء مسيرنا في الساعة 9:30.

Join Faten Khalil and Yalla Jordan every Wednesday at 8:00 PM for a free-of-charge walking activity sponsored by Isuzu to re-energize and recharge your body and soul, socialize with different people, and enjoy Amman streets at night.
Our walking activity will occur on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, in Jabal-Weibdeh
Please note that the walking area will be different every week.
Note: Isuzu will provide the vests for us

What you would need to bring with you:
• Comfortable sports clothes and shoes (No jeans Or Crocs).
• Enough water.
• The most important is to bring your beautiful smile and positive energy.• We will provide you with th vest and take them back at the end of the walkPS:
• Don’t eat right before the walk; make sure to have your snack or meal 2 hours prior to the walk.
We will be gathering at 7:45 PM in Weibdeh and starting our walk at 08:00 PM, so please stick to the time so we can finish our walk at 9:30.
